Shipping Policy
We process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping; below that, a flat ₹60 charge applies.
You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order ships. We currently ship across India.
Return & Refund Policy
Attar is a sealed personal-care product. Once a bottle is opened, we cannot verify what is left inside it or resell it to anyone else — so we do not offer change-of-mind returns. What we do guarantee is that the parcel that reaches you is exactly what you ordered, intact.
We replace or refund in these cases
- Damaged in transit — bottle broken, leaked, or seal compromised.
- Wrong item — a fragrance or size other than the one on your order.
- Missing item — something listed on your invoice is not in the parcel.
- Manufacturing defect — faulty cap, roller or sprayer.
How to raise it
- Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID.
- Send a continuous unboxing video — from the sealed parcel to the opened product, in one unbroken clip. This is the only way we can tell a transit problem from a packing one, and it is what lets us settle genuine claims the same day instead of arguing about them. Without it we cannot process a claim.
- Keep the product, its box and the invoice as they arrived. Do not use it.
What happens next
- We arrange a free pickup — you pay nothing for the return leg.
- Replacement first. If that exact item is out of stock, you may choose a different fragrance of the same value or a full refund.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the item reaching us. UPI and card refunds usually land sooner.
- For a Cash on Delivery order, we refund to a UPI ID or bank account you give us.
Not covered
- An opened or used bottle where nothing is wrong with the product.
- Disliking a fragrance. Scent is personal and reacts differently on every skin — tell us what you like on WhatsApp before ordering and we will honestly guide you, including to a smaller size first.
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery, or without an unboxing video.
Cancelling an order
- Before dispatch — cancel any time, full refund, no questions.
- After dispatch — cancellation is no longer possible; wait for delivery and raise a claim above if something is genuinely wrong.
None of this affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for goods that are defective or not as described.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. The information you share (name, contact, address) is used solely to process orders and improve your experience. We never sell your data to third parties. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

Our attars are designed to last 8+ hours with strong projection. A single drop applied to pulse points is enough.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, COD is available across India. You can also pay securely online via UPI, cards, or net banking.
